What's included in the Classic photo booth package?

The Classic package ($650) includes a 3-hour rental with a professional booth attendant, DSLR-quality photos, shoot-through umbrella lighting, digital gallery delivery, and your choice of premium backdrop (Light or Dark Atlas Marble). Instant prints and custom overlays are available as add-ons.

Do you travel outside of Pasco, WA?

Yes! Events by Cielo Azul serves the entire Tri-Cities area including Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Prosser, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for events significantly outside the Tri-Cities area.

How far in advance should I book a photo booth?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and peak season (May-September). Weddings and corporate events should be booked 2-3 months ahead when possible.

Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?

Yes, a deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. Contact us at (509) 987-5570 for full deposit and payment terms.

Can I customize the print overlay for my event?

Yes. Custom print overlays are included in the Signature and Premier packages and available as an add-on for Classic. You can personalize with your event name, date, logo, or any design element.

What backdrops are available for the photo booth?

All packages include the Light Atlas Marble and Dark Atlas Marble premium backdrops. Additional options including floral walls may be available as add-ons - ask when booking.

Is setup and breakdown included in the rental time?

Yes - setup and breakdown are always included and do not count against your rental time. Your 3, 4, or 5-hour rental is your full active booth time.

What if my event runs over the rental time?

Additional hours are available as an add-on, subject to availability. We recommend discussing this when you book. Upgrading to the Premier package (5 hours) may be the most cost-effective option.
