Do you travel outside of Pasco, WA?

Yes! Events by Cielo Azul proudly serves the entire Tri-Cities region, including Pasco, WA, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Prosser, and surrounding communities. Yes, a deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. This ensures your date is held exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. Can I customize the print overlay for my event?

Absolutely. Custom print overlays and digital overlays are included in the Signature and Premier packages, and are available as an add-on for the Classic package. You can personalize the overlay with your event name, date, logo, or any design element that fits your theme. We work with you ahead of the event to design something that perfectly complements your aesthetic, from elegant wedding scripts to branded corporate templates. What backdrops are available?

All packages include our signature premium backdrops: the Light Atlas Marble (a soft, bright marble aesthetic, perfect for elegant and feminine events) and the Dark Atlas Marble (a bold, sophisticated look ideal for formal galas, corporate events, and weddings). Is setup and breakdown included in the rental time?

Yes, setup and breakdown are always included and do not count against your rental time. Our team arrives early to set up the booth and all equipment before your event begins, and handles complete breakdown afterward. Your 3, 4, or 5-hour rental period is your full active booth time. We want you and your guests to enjoy every single minute.

What if my event runs over the rental time?

Celebrations can take on a life of their own, and we get it. If your event is running longer than expected, additional hours are available as an add-on, subject to availability. We recommend discussing this possibility when you book so we can plan for it. If you think you might need extra time, upgrading to the Premier package (5 hours) may be the most cost-effective option. Either way, we’ll work with you to make sure the party never has to stop before you’re ready.
